I just wanted to drop a quick note following my visit to the practice this morning. It was my first visit to a dentist in probably 35 years and I was terrified.

Thank you to Denise, who spoke with me on Friday morning and gave me the sense that this was a practice that would take my fears seriously and not laugh at them.

And thank you particularly today to Dr Panos for his care, courtesy, professionalism and reassurance throughout my appointment. Also to Jackie as she assisted him. I have complete confidence that the treatment he will give me will be the best - and though I doubt I will bounce into my appointments with joy, at least I will not be filled with the dread I have had hanging over me for so many years.

The treatment was a great solution to my one noticeably discoloured tooth. I got so much more.

For many years I have been attending as a patient of Dr Pia as has my young daughter. In that time I have been met with kindness and warmth, excellent treatment and always an explanation, which, for a young person, such as my daughter, has been very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend her expertise. The support staff always greet with a smile and with a quiet efficiency.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist but since going to Park Road that has changed. They are professional,caring and make you feel at ease. I no longer dread the thought of my regular check up!

I am extremely pleased with my decision to have dental implants. They look and feel very natural, the treatment itself was surprisingly painless, and the care and aftercare I received throughout was excellent.

I was very apprehensive about having dental implants but Firas Daoudi was brilliant. I received excellent care and treatment from Firas. I was very happy with the outcome and it was lovely to 'have my teeth back'. Over the years I have received excellent dental care and treatment from Ralph and Lorna, who have always given me helpful advice and regular hygiene. I am very happy to recommend the practice to anyone.

I was very nervous about having dental implants and had put it off for a very long time – I'm a bit of a 'dental phobic'. The treatment I received from Firas was excellent. The results look and felt very natural, but just as important for me was the course of treatment. Firas took time to explain exactly what he was doing and what the progression would be. He would stop during treatment to answer any questions and reassure me. He is a very skilful and patient practitioner.

At last a dentist (Pia) I would reccomend to anyone, Simply the Best!
